Service Technician

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our Service team as a

Field Service Copier Technician who will report to our Tinley Park office.

You will work in an assigned territory in the Chicago land area servicing

our customer’s office copiers, fax and printers.

     Requirements

• Basic Mechanical, Electrical and Computer knowledge
  • 1 year of experience in field service is a plus
  • A working knowledge of the copier repair process and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • (candidates who are responsive and empathetic to customer needs)
  • If there is prior work experience, a demonstrated stability of job history must be present
  • Self-starters with a good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, the ability to work independently
  • Professional presentation and organizational skills, as well as problem solving abilities
  • Must have a valid drivers license
